Qualifications/Duties:
Are you interested in joining the System Transformation team at Texas Health Resources? 
This position will lead a team responsible for the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative consumer data and insights across the health and well being spectrum, focusing on improving critical unmet customer needs. Responsibilities include: development of customer segments, personas, journey maps, value propositions, tools, and predictive models designed to improve the customer experience, drive loyalty growth and profitability. 

REQUIREMENTS 
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing research or other quantitative discipline.  
Seven years’ of progressive management experience in marketing research, consumer insights, and/or consumer experience with at least two years in a management role. 

PREFERENCES 
Master’s degree preferred. 
Two years in health care industry preferred. 

SKILLS
Demonstrated success in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information through data analytics and visualization tools to translate insights into strategies and actions.
