Salary Range: $47,400 - $63,200
  • Provide oversight to the Scheduled hiring process from offer to onboarding to help provide system-wide consistency.  
  • Work closely with the Human Resources field team to create requisitions, screen candidates, and provide logistical support for hiring process.
  • Proficient in making job offers and managing candidates through the background check, medical qualification process and communicating with candidates regarding their status in the hiring process.
  • Work with internal customers to communicate status of hiring processes and progress against hiring plans.
  • Proficient on using Applicant Tracking Systems (Successfactors) including working with technical team on system enhancements and support.
  • Process improvements: research information, define, design, document, and implement innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Legal Studies OR business related major.
  • Two (2) or more years of work experience in a professional work environment.
  • Demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the Internet, search engines, HR Main, etc.)
  • Ability to handle customer relationship solutions, provide strong customer relations skills and work in a large team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, practices and processes
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Authorization to work in the US without Company sponsorship now AND in the future.
  • Ability to travel as required by the job.
  • Prior work experience with hiring/staffing processes and procedures
SHEDULE: Normal office hours, Monday through Friday, with weekend or evening work as required.
RELOCATION: Relocation may be offered based on business need.
TRAVEL: As necessary; Up to 20%
