As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for enhancing DFW’s employment brand, creating innovative out-of-the-box strategies to attract, source and recruit top talent, while delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will also lead the recruiting efforts for executive level positions across all airport departments and functions. You will provide on-going training and support to the talent acquisition team and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and resources available in recruitment. This will be an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager.
What you will be doing:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for executive level positions and provide a high degree of business acumen, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Responsible for building, enhancing and promoting DFW Airports’ employment brand by developing a robust content marketing, digital and social media and advertising strategy to position DFW Airport among the best places to work.
  • Support the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager in creating scalable processes and procedures that focus on building exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market intelligence research, market data analysis and recommend/implement optimal recruitment campaign strategies.
  • Manage DFW’s careers website and online application process to deliver an engaging, informative and user-friendly digital and mobile experience that inspires candidates to pursue a career a DFW Airport.
  • Develop highly effective sourcing tactics to address current and future hiring needs and create a pipeline of quality talent for niche, high-volume, and recurring positions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships, effective communications and partner with internal stakeholders on various talent acquisition projects and programs.
  • Provide consistent and timely reports, updates and presentations to communicate the progress of all initiatives, programs and tools.
What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in staffing/recruiting with an emphasis in outbound sourcing.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
  • Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.

  • Industry related certifications (SPHR/PHR, AIRS, etc.).
