‚ÄčThe Corporate Security Investigations Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Investigations team and acts as a liaison to all vendors and departments on security investigations, procedures, and incidents. This position conducts and/or supervises complex, sensitive and high-risk incident investigations to protect the assets and interests of the company. Drafts policies and procedures and identifies the strength or weakness of current control processes, recommends enhancements where appropriate. Collaborates with appropriate business partners and local, state and federal authorities.


  • Supervise, evaluate and manage the Corporate Security Investigations program. This includes candidate sourcing, assessing adherence to training programs, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to accepted standard practice.
  • Define best practices for Investigations team and determine the appropriateness of increased security controls via cost/benefit analysis.
  • Function as a direct point of contact between business partners and local, state and federal authorities.
  • Deliver professional investigative results in complex, sensitive and high-risk incident situations.
  • Leverage both internal and external resources in the performance of investigations as required.
  • Conduct informational and/or investigative interviews to obtain statements to confirm facts and support investigative findings.
  • Ensure the appropriate management and integrity of case files and investigative data. Trend and analyze investigative information and provide feedback and consultation to strengthen and improve business processes.
  • Deliver professionally written investigative reports incorporating all evidence required to prove investigative findings and identify causal factors to facilitate post-incident reviews.


  • Working knowledge of investigations, policies and procedures.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • English fluency required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in varying situations, from committee work in which a "team player" approach is essential to situations in which considerable independence and self-motivation is required.
  • Leadership ability to effectively develop and monitor a team’s performance.
  • Polished oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Must be a self-starter and finisher able to manage the corporate investigations function with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the corporate structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to emerging incidents and situations.
  • Maintain and promote the highest ethical standards and conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ year’s progressively responsible investigative experience or corporate investigations experience. Financial Services experience preferred.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in corporate security required.
