Sr. Operations Manager - Global Brand Development

The Senior Operations Manager will be the Home Office Liaison for the Global Brand Development team who will run the back end of the new business unit, find solutions, and take charge with all necessary functions needed to allow the smooth process flow.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Define end-to-end supply chain business process for servicing external customers.
• Partner with supply chain, IT, and other business partners to understand dependencies and remove roadblocks to developing a process.
• Build out a short-term and long-term process based on a “Crawl/Walk/Run” framework.
• Serve as a point of contact for the supply chain organization in relation to the development of the process.
• Define process and organizational gaps and partner with leadership and strategy team in developing a capability roadmap and resource requirements.
• Utilize a continuous improvement mentality to look for efficiencies and process improvements.
• Build leadership deliverables and presents as needed to Executive Sponsor on process related topics.
• Partner with key functions in order to ensure execution of multiple orders for multiple customer accounts.
• Provide “real-time” visibility to the order pipeline and where orders are in the process.
• Ensure flawless execution of orders from end-to-end and escalates issues proactively to ensure all delivery SLAs are met.
• Partner with Production Planning/Fabric team to enable execution of “fast fashion” tops program in 120 day lead-time or less.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or comparable.
• 5-10 years in supply chain, production focused.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Ability to prioritize time and workload. 
• Strong communication skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
