We are looking for an idea-generator and exemplary at executing to plan, implement, and measure marketing programs. The Senior Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing acquisition, up-sell, and retention marketing programs to drive revenue growth and improve customer loyalty for the Large and Midsize Law Firm market segment.
This Senior Marketer, working in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for the development and implementation of demand generation initiatives, effective customer touch point models, and customer growth marketing programs. This position will work closely with our product marketing and channel partners to drive growth and retention, including up-sell opportunities and risk mitigation throughout the customer life-cycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
•    Assisting the Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of demand generation strategy and programs, including Email, Web, Events, Direct Mail, Advertising, and Social Media campaigns.
•    Take the lead in getting sales and marketing campaigns produced, implemented, and developing ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness of campaign.
•    Support content strategy development with research and information gathering on audience challenges and needs.
•    Leverage industry trends, corporate brand and solution value propositions to source and craft quality content.
•    Effectively work across functionality by partnering on product launches, branding, customer communications, events, sales enablement, and content. 
•    Lead and management event strategies. 
•    Develop sales tools, collateral, and sales training.
•    Track and analyze program results using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
 
Qualifications:
 
•    4-7+ years of b2b marketing experience 
•    Four-year college degree in marketing, business or related field required; MBA or JD preferred
•    Experience developing Demand Generation and Digital Marketing programs
•    Experience marketing to large organizations a plus
•    Direct experience in the legal field or information industry a plus.
•    Must possess the ability to think at a high level as well as analyze details when necessary
•    Ability to lead and influence marketing programs with sales channel
•    Proven planning and project management experience
•    Proven knowledge and ability of owning and managing marketing initiatives and projects
•    Ability to lead and influence cross-organizational teams and external partners
•    Ability to communicate persuasively and tactfully with all levels of management, co- 
        workers, and customers, in written and verbal form
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and work with data
•    Must have excellent marketing writing skills
•    Able to think independently and work with ambiguity
•    Some experience developing and executing strategic programs
•    PowerPoint & Excel experience required
•    Salesforce experience a plus 
•    Ability to travel up to 5-10% as needed
