The Global Security Sr. Manager will support with designing, developing and manageing matters pertaining to Home Office and International Business Office Security and will conduct sensitive investigations and manage the Global Security Operations Center.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop training programs and manages the same for all security related objectives for Home Office and IBO’s
  • Manages Home Office Security force that includes physical security, access control and daily security operations on campus
  • Support International Business Office security matters
  • Manage Home Office Investigations and coordinates with federal, state and local law enforcement to resolve criminal matters and potential ethics violations
  • Manages the design, development and operation of the Global Security Operations Center
  • Support Executive Protective Matters
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Military or law enforcement experience a plus.
  • Experience in managing people and project management.
  • Experience in International Security and Risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills and investigative techniques. Experience with report writing, familiarity with local, state and federal laws, search and seizure, rules of evidence and use of force. 
  • Knowledge of criminal and civil procedures and ability to present the findings in a clear and concise manner.
