Description: The Manager of HR Operations is responsible for employee information/HRIS activities and processing via system based interactions. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for ensuring a continuous focus on timeliness, data accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service, and quality. The manager will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate functions within HR Operations, along with collaborating with HR (talent management, compensation, benefits, OD & Learning, employee experience) and payroll. Typical Duties:
  1. Develops and manages the data entry processes surrounding employee data and position control.
  2. Develops and ensure adherence to HR reporting and dashboard standards.
  3. Establishes metrics, analyzes data, and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Monitors and regularly reports on ROI (return on investment) data and HR metrics to senior leadership to demonstrate the overall effectiveness.
  5. Focuses on continuous improvement efforts in order to identify efficiencies and continue to streamline processes, while ensuring data accuracy and minimization of errors.
  6. Responsible for document management and organization that meets all internal and external/regulatory requirements.
  7. Leads projects and activities for human resources focused on process re-engineering, efficiency optimization and innovation through enabling technology.
  8. Collaborates with the HR, IS and finance teams in development of integrated systems strategies and tactical approaches that deliver high impact solutions to the Networks’ managers and employees.
  9. Assists with preparation of the departments operating budgets on an annual basis and monitors areas of responsibility for compliance within current budget.
  10. Participates in leadership development activities; implement strategies and processes to improve employee morale and performance.
  11. Promotes team development through staff meetings, education, performance appraisals and identification of mutual goals to enhance continued professional growth.
  12. Implements the HRIS strategy using all technologies and touching on all areas of HR systems functions including staffing, on-boarding, talent management, benefits and compensation.
  13. Partners with IS and OD & Learning in the development of training materials for users that maximize their ability to use the varying systems.
  14. Serves as the technical point-of-contact for HR data management and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Provides support for HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.
  15. Promotes and provides courteous customer service to team members, patients, families, visitors, and vendors.
  16. Maintains confidentiality of all Human Resource activities. Provides information on a need to know basis using discretion and judgment regarding confidential matters.
  17. Reinforces the organizations core values and behavioral expectations through modeling, communication, and coaching.
  18. Performs other related job duties as assigned.
