The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the Direct Mail Team by providing coordination support for the Direct Mail Project Managers and Barcode team.  Position reports to Senior Marketing Project Manager. 
Responsibilities:
  • Associate will be responsible for entering DM paper, print, and data processing POs into the Oracle system.
  • Assists in communication for Direct Mail programs.
  • Manages Direct Mail Marketing library.
  • Work in FileMaker Pro to creates Direct Mail Freight Reports for Logistic suppliers.
  • Supports the preparation of Direct Mail marketing plans.
  • Assist in the creation of Direct Mail barcodes.
  • Monitors and reports discrepancies of Direct Mail deliveries to USPS facilities.
 
Core Competencies & Accomplishments:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.  Flexible with change. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Oracle PO system, and FileMaker Pro.
