The Project Manager II will report to Sr Director, IT Security and Risk Management and will be part of the team that is responsible for the Security and Risk management governance, Security Engineering and Security Operations. 
Critical Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Lead project planning and execution for medium to large IT Security and Risk initiatives through all phases of project in order to achieve goals. 
  • Lead the project/program level cross-functional stakeholder teams to drive the risk/issue mitigation and effective decision making via collaboration, proactive planning, conflict resolution and dependency management. 
  • Proactively manages changes to project scope, timeline and budget and drives resolution to bring business and IT stakeholder together to make decisions. 
  • Scrum master for the IT Security Engineering team, actively involved in technical matters, identifying gaps and ensuring timely and qualitative results.   
  • Drives the IT Security and Risk portfolio and priorities, to include alignment between cross-functional teams, technology health check, licensing & maintenance, budgeting and forecasting, portfolio metrics, change management and partnership with shared services to achieve the business objectives and goals. 
  • Responsible for key partner contracts and relationships leveraged within the IT Security and Risk Management team 
Critical Skills & Experiences: 
  • Demonstrable experience Scrum Management methodologies and Waterfall Software Development lifecycle processes 
  • Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and MS Project; JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint, PM/OTL experience a strong plus 
  • System and/or Security Engineering Experience a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in working with information of proprietary or sensitive nature
