Job Summary: The Salesforce Administrator has a working knowledge of the CRM platform and works closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps, and gathers business requirements for projects and initiatives.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
  • Performs general support functions including user account maintenance, reports, profiles, dashboards, workflows, new user setup, and other related tasks.
  • Provide "out of vox" solutions for student acquisition.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and external vendors to design systems, integrations, and solve business problems using
  • Partners with the development team to deliver world class solutions for the organization.
  • Provide End User Training and Documentation during roll-out.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience using platform.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in sales clod and service cloud business processes such as JIRA.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of emerging cloud technology.
  • Skill in oral and written communication with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to be solution oriented, solve problems and think creatively.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, highly motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations):
  • Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.
  • Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.
  • Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting.
  • Lifting and moving objects and equipment up to 10 lbs.
Work Environment:
  • Work is indoors and sedentary and is subject to schedule changes and/or variable work hours.
  • There are no harmful environmental conditions present for this job.
  • The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
