As a Strategic Programs Analyst, you will perform high level financial modeling and solve one-of-a-kind problems to improve efficiencies and operations across a broad range of airport groups with organization-wide impact. We need a forward looking, strategic yet realistic problem solver to work closely with internal groups and senior leadership to help in developing the future of the airport.  
Performance Objectives:
  • Develop complex financial models to support the decision-making process by airport leadership and make recommendations to improve efficiencies and operations with organization-wide impact.
  • Take a general idea/question and develop a viable, cost-effective solution(s) with financial justification.
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis for capital projects.
  • Present ideas regularly to airport leadership and be able to defend the thought process, financials and assumptions.
  • Deliver work assignments before or by deadline so that decisions can be made with the Finance department’s input.
  • Master’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in business planning, financial analysis or quantitative analysis.
  • One (1) year of experience in Activity Based Management or process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
