Sr. Planner - Global Sales Customer Relationship Management

This job is a member of the Sales Team within the Sales Division. This position will be responsible for liaising with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes.
 
Specifically, you’ll do the following:
  • Liaises with technology providers to develop and manage implementation project plans and configuration processes within established timeframes
  • Oversees configuration and customization process in CRM for the Business Unit
  • Seeks approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for CRM
  • Liaises with Stakeholders and/or CRM Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained
  • Provides guidance and assistance to Sales Automation team and identify and analyze solutions associated to day to day updates, issues and activities
  • Leads multiple data integrity projects for Global Sales team to maintain accurate CRM data
  • Liaises with our internal customers by independently and directly working with different partners as point of contact
  • Works directly with AA IT to communicate the Business Unit integration needs, like IBM Watson, contracting, Power BI, AA data warehouse and Portals
 
 
 
Qualifications
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 5 - 7 years experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7 years experience in analyzing system and business process, improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost and increasing revenue and driving organizational change through the integration of people, process and technology
  • Experience with project and technical defect tracking tools such as Rally
  • Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities, and to take ownership of role by exercising good judgement and making decisions with limited supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate expertise in any CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, MSWord, MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Access and SQL
  • Knowledge of with Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization with certification
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to demonstrate Exceptional collaboration skills with sales team members, end users, IT, Tech providers and other corporate stakeholder.
