Director, Strategic Partnerships

Salary range: Min: $69,576/year-$127,046/year, based on experience
Facilitate achievement of project goals through relationships and interactions with executives and other key staff of strategic community partners including, school districts, local businesses and other community organizations.
Prepare, implement and regularly update a project plan which guides the team efforts.
Effectively manage the budget for the project plan for the Strategic Partnerships team.
Provide thought leadership and consultative direction to the project team and external partners.
Establish and support a committee(s) of citizen leaders who champion project work, build public support, and assist with implementation.
Secure approval and implementation of selected policies, projects, and programs within partner organizations.
Manage a team, including interns and volunteers, to meet overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Bachelor's Degree 

Minimum of 8 years business, education administration, program, or project management. 

Strong verbal and written skills required.
Excellent procedure development, process improvement, and implementation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, self-starter who is assertive and disciplined.
Demonstrated people management skills.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiarity with district and state education policy.
Experience with coalition building that resulted in implemented changes.
