As Senior Performance Analyst for the AJB GMT (Atlantic Joint Business General Management Team), you’ll act as an internal consultant for four carriers and will lead JB-wide Commercial and Operational Performance reporting and analysis which is critical to inform our multibillion dollar joint business on where revenue opportunities exist across multi carrier and geographical regions. You’ll also be responsible for project-managing the AJB IT commercial group who build the critical data flows, setting priorities and goals for the group to enable the wider commercial organization to meet its revenue objectives.
Specifically, you’ll do the following:
  • Be naturally inquisitive in nature, using analytical skills to inform opinions and influence senior leadership
  • Own the development, creation and maintenance of standard reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis including leading ad hoc analysis to understand performance drivers and opportunity areas.
  • Proactively lead and coordinate ad hoc projects in concert with revenue analysis and commercial performance
  • Manage IT projects to ensure timely delivery and correct prioritization to meet Commercial needs
  • Support the GMT Planning and Commercial streams with ad hoc data and insightful analysis to add a performance view to their work
  • Be your carriers voice within the GMT, engaging them on multiple fronts on AJB-related items as required
  • Travel to partners HDQ in London, Madrid, and Helsinki
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
  • Experience/training in using data analysis and modeling techniques to answer business questions and to create business cases for various projects and initiatives
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting.  Experience with common data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience with data ETL (SQL, SAS) and coding to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Skilled at presenting insights and analysis including use of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, be self-driven, work across functional groups, build collaborative relationships and drive projects to closure.
